Short Description :
A dark brown tabby tom with white legs and pale amber eyes
Long Description :
Bearshine is a large tom, with a big head and a big body. It has since evened out from his later apprentice-hood. His fur is dark brown in color and it is fluffy, adding to his already big body. He has white legs on all four legs. The white fur goes up to the point right below his torso. The young tom has pale amber eyes.

Personality
Since becoming a warrior Bearshine has taken pride in his new rank. He feels like he should bring honor to the role of becoming a warrior, and that means following the warrior code according to him. He feels that the best way to honor the warrior rank is by following the warrior code, and he frowns upon anyone who breaks the code.
Bearshine loves to learn. Though he has graduated to warrior rank, he still feels he can learn through experience of being a warrior. He believes there is something new to learn every day and that learning is an experience that never ends. Occasionally when he is in the den, he thinks about the legends and analyzes them. Lately he has been attracted to she-cats. Just the general idea of the possibility of being a father in the future makes him wonder if any she-cats would be interested in him fathering their kits. He likes to think about that from time to time, and that is another reason why he feels that he has to bring honor to the warrior rank by following the warrior code. |
History
Key Dates
Full History :
Sootypelt, his mother, fell in love with flirty Bayshine, his father. They mated, and Sootypelt became pregnant with Brushkit and his sibling, Dapplekit. When Sootypelt was pregnant, the medicine cat of the Clan brought in a kit she named Aspenkit who was apparently found without her parents. Sootypelt agreed to take in the kit and suckle her. A moon later Brushkit and his sibling were born. The third sibling was a stillborn tom.
Brushkit spent his earliest kit-hood days in the nursery, suckling from his mother and sleeping. He enjoyed exploring the nursery and learning new things about Clan life when he got older. He was apprenticed to the Clan Deputy, Lionheart, during the moon of First White, 2007. One day during a dusk-patrol, Bearpaw's father, Bayshine, was found dead alongside a falcon (who was also dead) shortly after his apprentice ceremony. His mother, Sootypelt, died of old age on the 14th day of Long Nights. Bearpaw was reassigned mentors when Lionheart was injured. Fogdancer, the new deputy, was his mentor. Bearshine became a warrior in the moon of First Fishing 2008. Shortly afterwards, in the moon of Long Sun 2008, Bearshine had an encounter with a ThunderClan she-cat. He defended his borders, but the she-cat attacked him then went crazy. To this day Bearshine has no idea of what happened to her, nor does he care about it. |
