Appearance   Short Description : A green-eyed she-cat with a short brown coat Long Description : Esmeralda keeps her short, uniformly chocolate-brown coat meticulously neat. While soft and nearly always clean, her fur is not as glossy or sleek as her brother's; rather, it seems to puff up slightly, and absorbs light as it does warmth. She is a medium-sized she-cat of regular build, neither stocky nor oriental slim. Hers is a rounded, sweet face, with a thoughtful, dreamy cast to her features. Her most distinctive feature is the luminous emerald color of her eyes, which match those of her brother.

Personality     This she-cat likes to keep busy, enjoying the feeling of accomplishment. Gentle and perceptive, Esmeralda never feels more fulfilled than when she knows she's helped someone. For a patient and generally level-headed cat, she has a surprisingly fierce temper; she has no tolerance for self-pity, hopelessness, or cruelty, and loathes bullies. Though not a housecat, Esmer is fond of humans, unlike her niece; they've supplied most of her food throughout her life. She realizes that just as with the feline race, there're unpleasant and pleasant humanfolk, and Esmer knows from experience which ones to appeal to for snacks. While some may find her naïve or soft, since she's leads an easy life with few hardships, she jumps to her paws at the opportunity to "make the world a better place", as she puts it, and is tireless in her efforts to boost others.

History   Key Dates   Born and dubbed Esmeralda in the Moon of First Green (2006) Commonly called Esmer Full History : Esmer was born in a litter of three to new mother, Anita. She grew up without a father, but nevertheless was blissfully content with her sheltered childhood. While warm towards her brother, Pablo, and her sister, Maria Isabel, Esmer was always closest to her protective, loving mother. Thus, when it came to pass that Pablo, then Maria Isabel matured and left home, Esmeralda was the child who stayed, satisfied with her life exactly where she already was.
