Appearance   Short Description : A blue tabby van she-cat with hazel eyes Long Description : As a blue tabby van she-cat, the coloring on Owlkpaw's body is predominately white. Upon this white canvas lies the color that nature deemed proper for the she-kit. Atop her head, adorning her ears, is a blue-tabby cap. Other spots of color include one large patch of blue tabby located upon her lower back and another located on her left shoulder blade, a very small spot at the base of her throat that is often mistaken for shadows of the chin and a fully colored tail. She also sports a small smudge of gray on the base of her nose, crowning a little pink nose centered between two hazel eyes. The tabby markings in the blue upon her body have become more apparent as she has grown older. As she has gotten older, she has begun to grow into her adult form. Her torso has elongated to give her a more sleek, adult appearance while her legs have lengthened to grow into her paws. Her tail has also gained length but the fur upon it has continued to stay long and fluffy. She's a bit bigger than her mother, but as she has grown, her build has slimmed from the pudgy kitten to a more lean warrior with building muscle beneath her long pelt.

Personality     Owlpaw is surprisingly cynical for such a young cat. With a tendency towards pessimism, she always seems to see the darker side of life. Sarcasm and backtalk seem to come natural to this young she-cat. It’s not that she’s meaning to be disrespectful, it’s just how she is. Hand-in-hand with the backtalk comes the same rebellion towards authority that both her parents exhibit, as well as a tendency to call others by nicknames she has come up with for them. Prime example is Bloodstar who is ‘Big Red’ to her. The only time she seems to put the sarcasm and nicknames away is when she really thinks something important needs to be said. Though she isn’t related to Bloodstar by blood, she is considered to be fierce-blooded as she possesses a fiery temper, sharp tongue, stubbornness (or is it pigheadedness?), and trying boldness. If her brothers can do it, Owlpaw thinks she can as well and as she has aged, this hasn't mellowed out in the least. As rebellious as she is, she is still in the state of mind where she is testing everything and seeing where the limit to things are.

History   Key Dates   Born Owlkit in the Moon of the Killingcough (2007) Apprenticed as Owlpaw in the Moon of Leopard's Rest (2007) Named a Warrior as Owlstrike in the Moon of Ill Winds (2008) Full History : Owlpaw has no idea of the circumstances surround her birth for she hasn't met and doesn't even know of her sire. These circumstances are actually very scandalous as her mother is the daughter of Thunderclan's deputy who is mates with Bloodstar, Thunderclan's leader while her father is a Shadowclan warrior. Fate deemed it right for her sire and dame to meet and fall in love. This love resulted in the mating that led up to the birth of Owlkit and her brothers Ashkit and Foxkit. About a month or so before she was to be made an apprentice, Owlpaw managed to sneak out the dirt-place tunnel and go wandering in the land just outside of camp. Enjoying the brief freedom as she stretched her legs, Owlpaw became the target of a hungry hawk. Fortunately for her, Fiercestorm heard her yowls and managed to kill the hawk before it could take off with her. The attack resulted in her dislocating a shoulder and, for a while, there was fear she might lose an eye as well. But as with most kits, she recovered and was made an apprentice alongside her brothers, being given Flamesong as a mentor.
