Short Description :
A short legged chocolate pointed tom with blue eyes
Long Description :
Being a Munchkin, Raphael is a short-legged cat with a long body. Built low to the ground, however, does not inhibit the young tom from doing most anything other cat can. He can jump, climb, and explore most all places a long-legged cat can with the only catch being he doesn't always have the reach. His face is much rounded than the average cat, giving him a more cuddly appearance.
His main body color is a soft, rich brown in color with his nose, tail and paws a slightly darker brown. His coat, while still short and fluffy with kitten fluff, it will soon shed to reveal a silky soft, thick coat that will give him a sleek appearance. He has a rich green collar around his neck, which compliment his eyes which are a blue-green mix in color and almost always hold a curious gleam in them. While he won't get any taller, he will fill out his frame a bit more.

Personality
Raphael is, above all else, a very curious young tom. While he may be naive about the fact he is to be used for breeding when he gets older, he is actually a very intelligent kit and loves hearing and learning about new things. He tends to ask a lot of questions, and while he doesn't always understand the answers he is given, it delights his questions are acknowledged.
Being a kitten yet, he still has more energy than most of his companions anyway, and enjoys playing with his housemates. Other than occasional bicker about the shortness of his legs, which he doesn’t like since he can do most things any normal sized cat can do, he gets along well with his house-mates and enjoys the occasional scritch from his two-leg. With the training of the queens, matched with his friendly, good-humored personality, he now has his two-leg trained much to his liking. A favorite thing to do is explore and that is what his two-leg has been allowing him to do. A friendly youngster, he is always up for making a friend or two and is actually looking forward to meeting someone new outside his home. |

The cattery Raphael was born in was called Trinity Heights and specialized in the breed of Munchkins. The breeder was a very religious person and decided to name her first four cats (the two founding sires and two founding queens). With these four, her cattery began. Several generations were born, and the cattery became successful.
That week, the last litter of Metaron out of Jahoel (for Jahoel was to retire as soon as her kittens were weaned and sold) where Jahoel bore a whopping four kittens. These kittens were named after some of the most well known archangels in heaven, including the newly born Raphael. As with most kittens born in a two-leg house, Raphael's first twelve weeks were filled with the company of his siblings, the other cats, and the two-legs. He was warm, well-fed, and happy. He never yearned for company and he was occupied enough that he kept out of trouble. Though he and his siblings hard short legs, it never held them back or disabled them in any way from playing and romping like any other cat. Out of all the kits, he was the smartest, the most curious, and the most easy-going in personality. It was those traits that got him his new home. When he turned twelve weeks, a nearby breeder came to Trinity Heights to observe the kittens. She was looking for a new stud to add to her own munchkin cattery, and when both two-legs came together and spoke, it was decided that Raphael would be a good choice. So the little guy was scooped up and removed from his family and placed in a dark box. From there, he was transported to his new home. Once at his new home, he was kept in a small room for several days before one day, he noticed the two-leg left the door open a little.Whether it was intentional (which it was) or not, the young munchkin was overwhelmed by curiosity and slipped out the door to explore the rest of the house. It was then he met a kitten from in the new cattery and they befriended each other. He soon made friends with the majority of them, much to the breeder's delight. By the time he reached six months, he was well accustomed to his new home and, after a brief sneaking outside, soon found himself allowed outside as long as he returned in due time. He found out that the longer he was out, the less often he would be let out. |
