Appearance   Short Description : A solid brown tabby tom with hazel eyes and a scarred pelt Long Description : Wide ears top a round face with narrow, sharp hazel eyes. The body attached to this head is solidly built, but with a leanness to it greater than that normally seen in the clans. The pelt is marred by multiple scars, showing signs of the cat have lived a harsh life. The fur itself is gray-brown banded with darker stripes, while the face is masked with a flashy ruddy-brown.

Personality     Time and a hard life has resulted in a strong personality, though also a reserved one. Tigercoat, though able to be happy, rarely shows the emotion of joy. Sarcasm and condescension are more often used, serving as a mask for the nature that lies hidden beneath his pelt. Deep inside, he misses the clan and is littered with regret for having left to attempt to find his mother. Pride, however, prevents him from giving up his mission.

History   Key Dates   Born Stripekit in the Moon of Long Sun (2003) Apprenticed as Stripepaw in the Moon of Tiger's Wrath (2004) Named a Warrior as Tigercoat in the Moon of Unnamed Blue (2004) Full History : He was born to a tortoiseshell female by the name of Tornear, a rogue who was trying to take up a position in the clan. During the fall, she panicked and fled the camp when it was time to bear the kittens. She spent nearly a moon in twoleg lands, where she was eventually found with her five young kittens. Unfortunately, a fire near the twoleg nest took the life of one of the three kittens. The four survivors of the litter were born back to the clan, though it wasn't long before Clan life overwhelmed Tornear. She decided to leave her kittens in the clan before returning to her life as a Loner. The kits were nursed by a Queen named Tallforst, who had lost all but one kit to greencough earlier on. While his brother Ashpaw was apprenticed to Tawnypelt (who eventually became deputy), Stripepaw was apprenticed to a young Warrior named Yarrowfoot. Yarrowfoot was young, but the pale gray cat was well suited to mentoring, and did well in training Stripepaw. He even helped the young cat mentally handle his brother's disappearance. It was, however, beyond even Yarrowfoot's scope when Tigercoat (whose name had been given both for his fiercely devoted nature and his striped hide) left the clan in search of his mother.
