Appearance

Short Description :
A small gray bi-color she-cat with green eyes and a long tail
Long Description :
Whitestar is a rather small she-cat, but despite her size, she is a powerful opponent and a wise leader. Her underbelly, legs, and paws are white, along with a thin stripe up her forehead, while the rest of her pelt is gray. The she-cat?s tail is unusually long, and is often seen flicking back and forth- the only outward sign any cat would ever see that indicates her excitement. On her left hind leg, Whitestar bears an old scar from a fight with a fox many moons ago. The ShadowClan leader?s eyes are a piercing green, capable of giving quite a chilling stare.
Personality

Whitestar is described in two words: relentless and fierce. She has always had a rather serious outlook on life, even as a kit she seemed calmer and more reserved then most other kits. While fair, Whitestar tends to judge harshly and quickly, and could also be described as 'head-strong'. Respect is given to none who haven't earned it, and gaining said respect isn't anywhere within the definitions of 'simple' or 'easy'. Whitestar had always followed the Warrior Code closely. Every word, every phrase she memorized flawlessly, she refers to it and its seemingly unbreakable hold on Clan life. And if you were to break this sacred code, Whitestar would hold little mercy against you. Whitestar portrays most emotions with simple, almost unnoticeable actions such as flicking an ear, or a twitch of her tail. Happiness and anger are an exception to this though. Anger is something that can be seen from a distance on the she-cat. It slightly distorts her facial features, and causes her tongue to slip words she wouldn't have said under a different circumstance, bringing back the reason Whitestar could also be defined as 'head-strong'. Believing almost nothing without proof, speaking her mind without hesitation, and showing none, if little, fear in most situations. Happiness was the second thing that common actions could not express. On those rare occasions of being happy, Whitestar loses her edge; and that can be seen from the slope of her shoulders to the brightness of her eyes. But again, happiness tends to be a rare occasion.

Full History :
When Whitestar was born, she was a runty and excitable kit. Almost as soon as she was old enough to understand, Whitestar- then known as Smallkit- was interested in fighting, hunting, and every aspect of being a warrior. While the smallest kit, she was aggressive, playing hard if not seriously. By the time she was made an apprentice, Whitestar was still eager, excitable, and small. She went through her training as Whitepaw, working closely with her brother Shatteredpaw. Whitepaw progressed rapidly, even if goofing off seemed to be one of her main purposes. By the time she was able to become a warrior, Whitepaw could rival any apprentice her age.

Whitestripe was given her warrior name along with her brother, Shatteredtail. It was shortly after that that Whitestripe realized that if she really wanted to help ShadowClan, she would need to cut the silliness and work harder.

Whitestripe continued to push herself, and the two apprentices she trained over time, to the limit. By the time ShadowClan was attacked by rogues, the previous leader and deputy killed, she was desperate to gain power. As the Clan was thrown into turmoil, fighting amongst themselves, Whitestripe furtively gained the support of the other Clan cats, with the help of Shatteredtail. Eventually, there were only a few cats that opposed her, and Whitestripe- finally with the name Whitestar- rose to power, her goal achieved.

Whitestar was found badly mangled and dead on the seventh day of the Moon of Cheeath's Flight (2007).
