Just wondering, would it be fine with you if I sent a few messages in public chat for testing? This should be able to help me find the underlying issue.
Whatever you need, you're welcome to do. If someone's up there, just give them the heads up that your their hunting bugs. The usual denizens know I reported the issue and someone took up the sword to fight it.
Be thrilled, using a testing account I was able to duplicate the bug. Actually in Firefox this time, which I was using to just throw extra messages, expecting it crop in the other window.
Anyways. What I've found was that it's weirdly setting the... Somehow the cells in the table are getting out of alignment... It looks like it's failing to add the CSS codes that control the column. I didn't take great screenshots because I didn't see the Phab note until after I'd triggered that. I'll force it into triggering again and send you more details.
Thanks for the update! When you manage to take a screenshot of both the message and the developer tools window, let me know by posting it on the task since it's easier to have everything in one place.
