- Dawnstar on Dovepaw: While Dawnstar does not like Dovepaw's mother, her opinion of the apprentice is balanced by who her father is. Dovepaw is kin and the future of their bloodline, and has since made herself useful to the clan. There is nothing wrong with Dovepaw's willful and spirited nature, if she can live up to her claims, and Dusktalon has been hammering her stubborn determination into something more durable and dependable.
