A Tom by Tyson out of KikunoBorn and dubbed Jun in the Moon of Cheetah's Flight (2005)
Living (off camera) at the age of 51 Moon(s) (3 years & 11 months)
Appearance

Short Description :
A blue-eyed, lilac point Siamese tom of larger than normal size for a Siamese
Long Description :
Unlike his father and some of his littermates, Jun's eyes are not crossed and an almond-shaped deep cornflower blue. Like most cats of his breed, he has very pale cream fur on most of his body. As a purebred, his build is slim, skinny, and tall. Like his father, Jun is unusually large.

Jun's lilac point markings were inherited from Kikuno. His muzzle, forehead, tail, and the area around his eyes are a pale grey. His nose is black, his ears large, and his whiskers barely visible against his grey face.
Personality

As a self-proclaimed samurai, in Jun's mind the most important attributes are loyalty and honor. None of his actions should bring shame upon his name, and he should never be accused of being traitorous. Hard work is also an important characteristic to him. Jun believes strongly that almost nothing can't be achieved by working hard, and if he fails at something he's put his best in then he's simply not good enough. Jun does not have a strong temper; most of the time if he disagrees with something he'll try to ignore it. However, he does enjoy talking and discussing things with other cats, and in this case he wouldn't hesitate to voice his opinion on a matter.

Full History :
Kikuno was an average domestic she-cat living with a Japanese-American family. The purebred Siamese she-cat had been acquired from a breeder at nine weeks old, and was kept indoors most of the time but allowed to roam outdoors occasionally. At about seven months of age, she began to display an increased interest in roaming outside. As the adults in the house worked all day, the latchkey children left at home with the cat saw no reason to deny Kikuno the chance to go outside.

Kikuno was strolled back home later that day, and at first none of her housefolk noticed anything. A little over two months later, however, Kikuno gave birth to the kits of a neighbor's cat. It became apparent by the litter's coloring that the father was Tyson, the cat across the road from Kikuno's house. Tyson was a purebred Siamese, like Kikuno, and with distinctive cross eyes and large stature. Kikuno’s owners made arrangements for the kittens to be given to friends as soon as they were old enough.

Jun was adopted by a friend of one of Kikuno’s housefolk at two months of age. He began to gravitate more and more toward the outdoors, returning to his house only to eat and sleep, roaming farther and farther from his home. Eventually he left altogether and wandered toward a city, hovering on the outskirts and sleeping on rooftops, stealing food at night. At this point Jun was five moons old and already very big for his age. He gradually became more comfortable with city life and began to explore the buildings and streets instead of staying at the edge.

Jun discovered a particularly grand building one morning while hunting a sparrow. The bird flew high into the air, and Jun used the thick ivy on the side of the building to go after it. He never did catch the bird, but he did end up on a ledge outside a window rather higher up than he’d intended to go. The window was open, and Jun found himself looking into a Japanese history classroom inside a community college. He found himself returning to the window more and more often, watching and listening to the lessons. Eventually he was noticed by the teacher, and after a time he became known as “the stray in the window”. Jun was especially intrigued by the lessons on Japanese feudalism, and began to neatly divide the classroom into a social order. The teacher was an emperor, the students were peasants, and Jun was a samurai, a warrior commissioned by the emperor to protect the classroom. He devoted himself to training as a samurai.

The teacher eventually named Jun, calling him "Minamoto" after the prominent Japanese clan. Jun wore the name proudly and took to heart the teacher's joke "Watch over the classroom while I'm gone, Minamoto!" to heart. Jun studied the art of fighting under a fellow semi-feral, a scarred tom who'd been in many an epic battle with another feline. Jun learned the ways of honor and loyalty and vowed to uphold them.

When the university closed for summer vacation, Jun left to drift from land to land, all the while practicing and improving upon his samurai skills. He has since settled in the barn near WindClan territory.
