- Charredleaf on Newheart: Charredleaf never gave much thought to Newheart's origin; as far as the calico is concerned, her true life began with RiverClan. If pressed, Charredleaf would list the concrete accomplishments her clanmate made for RiverClan. Newheart is not as orthodox as most RiverClanners, but is nevertheless hardworking and courageous, which is all-significant to Charredleaf. Charredleaf was neither surprised nor upset by Newheart's death, though she found the manner in which she joined StarClan - Blackcough - regrettable.
