Short Description :
A sleek brown tabby she-cat with dark eyes
Long Description :
Reedwillow is somewhat decently sized. She looks slightly on the small side, but that is merely because she is young and she's thin. Her fur is sleek, the common characteristic of a Riverclanner. She has the tabby pelt of so many in the forest. It is a lighter brown striped with deep, dark stripes of black. Her face is splotched with a slightly lighter brown, and her nose is splattered with even lighter patches. The front of her, her chest is a light shade of white, and that same shade of brown makes wider stripes surrounding that patch. Her eyes are a darker brown color, and all in all she's a very pretty cat.

Personality
Reedwillow is an intelligent she-cat. She has always had a sense for adventure and a curiosity for her past, the Clans, and StarClan itself. She could spend many hours sitting in thought, and quite entertains herself in her mind. She prefers to be solitary, but is still very well-liked in the clan. She is very open-minded to other Clans, although her new rank as warrior has declined some of that friendliness. She enjoys asking a lot of questions. Still, she is mature beyond her age, which will be seen as an asset to the clan at best. Although she has a decent temper, she has been known to get frustrated when she cannot complete tasks, or when her group remain fruitless, such as on a hunting patrol.

History

Full History :
Heatherkit comes from a family of many tabby cats, as many cats are in the forest. She was born to a very young queen by the name of Violetheart, and a loyal warrior named Snaketail. Violetheart was not prepared for a litter, however. She was a rather selfish she-cat, and when she found out she was pregnant, was by no means happy. She worried and fretted and when the litter was born, she was surprised to find that it only consisted of one kit. Still, she got worked up and pleaded to the medicine cat to take the kit away. But, although the medicine cat was generous and did almost anyone's bidding, she reluctantly refused. No loyal cat could get rid of valuable warriors.
Violetheart grew very angry and spit swears at the medicine cat, and refused to even name the kit. So the medicine cat named her Heatherkit. And Heatherkit grew. The medicine cat never told her of her rejection at birth, but she didn't mind Violetheart's cold attitude toward her. Violetheart was killed in a battle one day. To tell the truth, Reedwillow didn't grieve long. Violetheart never paid attention, or even cared, for her and Heatherkit had grown to resent her at a young age. Afterwards, her father Snaketail, also spent little time with her. His excuse was this: she looked too much like her mother. It brought back painful memories. But Heatherkit grew as curious and adventurous as any other kit. She was apprenticed to Burningnight, her new mentor, and was overly excited to prove herself as an able apprentice. And she did, although her fighting skills were a little weak due to her compassion, she is training hard and persevered. She grew sleeker and limberer, like all Riverclan cats. And although she's still in her training, she's developed a crush on her mentor, Burningnight. He has his sights set on Blazepelt, however, and who knows how that'll turn out. And finally! Heatherpaw, trained so hard, became Reedwillow. She was very proud, and is now determined to prove her clan as an able warrior. |
