Cobwebs

Cobwebs have been discarded by CoSC Consensus as a useless item for healing for the following reasons:

Short Supply: To bandage a single wound a Medicine Cat would need to gathering cobwebs for hundreds of hours.

For the occasional wound that does need to have the bleeding stopped alternate substances, such as Mouse Fluff or Rabbit Fluff may be used.
