Behavior: A hawk that hunts prarie, marsh, wetlands, and logged forests.
Social Organization: Solitary unless breeding, roosts communally during the winter.
Danger Level: Medium (Kits and small apprentices are vulnerable); Northern Harriers will strike against a cat they see as easy prey.
Approval Level*: None; Winter attacks by Northern Harriers would be rather common throughout the area the cats live in.
