| Behavior: | A water-dwelling mammal who typically feeds on crustaceans but isn't above making a meal out of a small animal it can catch on the banks of the river. The otter is, however, uncomfortable with people and rather rare in the cats' world. | |
| Social Organization: | Small family groups; pairs raising their young are common. | |
| Danger Level: | Medium (Very young and very old are vulnerable); Very small or very weak cats should take care while fishing, otters may choose to grab a cat and pull them under to their doom. | |
