Explanations

status = This refers to the status of the request to make this character adoptable. (Options: Offered, Accepted, Declined)

proposal = The reason the character is being offered. Can be just a sentence or two, but an explanation of why you feel this character should be made adoptable.

resolution = The proposed resolution for the character if the adoption receives no takers.

date = The IC date for the proposed resolution.
