History Names

A notice on characters that need their history names to be listed on disambiguation pages.

Rules

1. This template is added by an Admin during the approvals process.Do not remove it until your character features is all corresponding pages.
2. Apply this template at the top of an approved character if the character has changed name during roleplay.
3. Apply only to the Character Sheets of characters whose kit and/or apprentice names have not been listed in proper pages, or to characters who have had their clan names changed during adulthood.
