A note to mark a character as available for adoption.

- SIRE - Replace with the sire's name
- DAME - Replace with the dame's name
- # - Replace with the number of the litter. If the litter has no number, leave blank. Be 100% sure to precede it by a space if there is a number.
- ID - Replace with the ID # of the kitten.
