Table Template

Hey, Willow, I have a banner that is smaller than 400 pixels wide. When I use it in the template, it automatically jumps the border to fill up that extra space, and I end up with this icky-thick border. Is there a way to fix it so that it doesn't try to fill up a whole 400 pixels of width?
