Appearance   Short Description : A short furred gray tabby bicolor tom with greenish gold eyes Long Description : Sleek and short-furred, Birchclaw was a sooty-gray tabby with white paws and a white throat. His eager eyes were a mixture of gold and green.

Personality     Loyal to the last, Birchclaw was an obliging, steadfast tom who wanted nothing beyond the satisfaction of aiding his family and his clan. He had a tendency to make haste in all that he did, being excitable and somewhat lacking in caution at times.

Despite this separation, Birchclaw's love for his sibling never faded. Ergo, when Frost came to him one day, carrying his niece in her maw, it was easy to convince him that in order to save his niece's life, he must bring her to RiverClan. When Frost's bloated remains were found on the River's shores shortly afterwards, the clan felt it had little choice but to accept the newcomer, who would eventually be known as Hushpad. When his niece was five moons old, she went missing. The entire clan was in upheaval; Birchclaw himself was beside himself, and had set off at once to find her. In his hurried race to rescue his beloved kin, he was not as careful as he should have been. When he raced across a weakened log to cross the River, the rotting bridge collapsed, taking Birchclaw with it.
