• Marshhawk on Fogdancer: Marshhawk is attracted to Fogdancer, though his feelings of inferiority mean he'll almost never make the first move with anything. He considers her the perfect choice for deputy and one that would make a stellar leader if she ever rose to that position.

• Lionheart on Fogdancer: Lionheart believes that Fogdancer is exactly what a cat should be. He likes that she maintains authority over cats not with power but with kindness. He also concludes that she will be a fine leader because of her status within the clan and her personality.
