Appearance   Short Description : A long haired ginger tom with aqua eyes. Long Description : Stormclaw was a big ginger tom with bright turquoise eyes. He was long-haired with a very bushy tail and big paws.

Personality     Stormclaw was a stubborn, adventurous cat who believed that if he put his mind to it he could conquer it. He might easily have been perceived by others as a big-headed know-it-all who thought he was better than everyone, but at his heart, Stormclaw was only trying his best to prove himself.

His mother called him Stormkit because of his paws. No one really got that except for his parents; they just always said that his paws gave them the idea. He was a very quiet kit at the beginning, but as he matured and grew he became more talkative and outgoing. Even as a kit he was very daring; he loved it whenever he was allowed to leave the nursery. He and his best friend, a rather loud she-kit named Screamkit who was two moons his junior, had all sorts of adventures together. When Stormpaw became an apprentice he was very excited. He would now be able to leave the camp and see what the rest of his territory was like. As the first moon of his apprenticeship passed, Stormpaw spent a good deal of his free time with Screamkit; at the end of the day, though, someone would call her back to the nursery and he would be left to return to the apprentices' den. He began half-consciously counting down the days until she would become an apprentice, too. When at last she took her apprentice name of Ripplepaw, Stormpaw could hardly contain himself. Though he himself didn't quite realize it at the time, his mentor knew---the young tom was head-over-paws for Ripplepaw, even more so now that she'd grown out of her loud-and-obnoxious phase of life. The mentor nudged Stormpaw back to reality during training, but otherwise left the two alone. Stormpaw took his warrior name of Stormclaw at the usual age. As with his apprenticeship, though, the first two moons of his new position were spent with his head in a faint cloud. Again, he waited for his friend---his she-cat friend---to catch up with him in rank. And when she did---taking 'Ripple' as a part of her new name---he was the one to cheer the loudest. The two cats became inseparable, hunting and patrolling together whenever they could, spending long stretches out in the forest alone, talking and laughing and falling a little deeper into each other's eyes. It was a year after Ripplestream's warrior ceremony that their first and only litter of kits was born. Stormclaw loved being a warrior and Ripplestream's mate. He loved his kits and couldn't have been a happier cat. Watching his kits grow was the highlight of his life. Minnowkit was so excitable and had his personality as well as some of her mother's. Firekit, too, showed his some of his overbearing characteristics. He loved them both very much. Stormclaw and his mate caught the Killingcough and died within a few days of each other during the Moon of Long Sun (2007).
