PERSONALITY

• Caligula likes to maintain control and fear in his discussions with others, and manipulate emotions through his "innocent" body language shifts and changes in vocal inflection. His voice itself is a smooth draw, almost a purr when he wants something, its easy for him to casually twist his game. - There's an implication of ability to manipulate others, rather than just a practiced skill in it. Most specifically, the "its easy for him to casually twist his game" part implies that it's easy for him to manipulate others, and that implication is dangerously close to a powerplay. Consider your wordings and how to leave others space to exercise their own character's skills within his.
• His tongue works wonders and knows how to hold its own, not entirely witty, but all and all he knows how to hold a conversation. - Maybe kinda sorta a powerplay. At least the statement about it working wonders. I'd suggest taking it out for now and putting it back in once you've got RP in place to prove the validity of the statement. It's the sort of thing that, if you could show me the truth of the statement, i'd let it go.
• has lived his life as a mild schizophrenic - Just a fair warning: unmedicated schizophrenia is a progressive type illness. That is, it onsets typically in the 20-28 year range (which for ease, we'll convert strait into moons) and paranoid schizophrenia (which I assume is the type you're shooting for) does not self correct, and only gets worse with time, I expect you to play the implied decent into madness. One of those ICA=ICC.
• His lifestyle, being a rogue, is everything to him - Unless he's clanbred or you explain an alternate meaning for the word, self-identifying as a social rank that doesn't exist outside of the clans makes no sense.

APPEARANCE: His pelt is silver & Black color pigments his back, flanks, and shoulders in a silver tabby pattern - A dilute cat (silver) cannot have non-dilute colors (black) anywhere on the body.

APPEARANCE: A darker black dorsal stripe runs down his spine - Non-dilute color on an otherwise dilute cat.
