HISTORY

• he fell in love with Owlscar and wouldn't leave her alone - This would not be tolerated. No tom as the right to pursue a she-cat with romantic intent of any kind. This would be viewed as a complete violation of her right to choose who would sire her own kittens.
• She was Stormyspots then though - I'm not positive exactly what is meant by this, but I can only guess that it refers to her "being with" this Stormyspots. I know you're well aware of the Mates and Mating document that clearly states that there are no offical mates. In fact, there's really no "being with" someone, either. There believe in no exclusivity. At least here at CoSC.
• she was attacked by an owl and renamed Owlscar, he nursed her back to health - Why was a Warrior playing at being a medicine cat? No cat would have tolerated him forgoing his proper duty to do that of another cat.
• later became her mate - No. See above comments about the mates and mating document you clearly need to read.
• He later became Swiftsparrow's mentor - Quiet frankly, with everything you've put forth so far, there's no way Bloodstar would have made him a mentor. He's disrespectful of she-cats and thinks he can claim them. He's not worthy of consideration for mentorship based on the history presented, let along the membership to Bloodstar's inner circle that is implied by it.

'Genetics Concerns: Have no fear, they're actually for the offspring. I just want to hold off on this one's processing until such time as you get the mother into the creation process, too (you can have all family NPCs for an approved char pending at once).
