- A pale grey she-cat with yellow eyes and black flecked fur - Gray (dilute) cats cannot have black (non-dilute) markings.

- Assuming that spotted tabby is what you mean by 'flecked' (and I'd love to see you clarify that), Spotted tabby is a dominate gene other forms of tabby. This makes it genetically impossible.
