Adoption Status: Declined

Well I know that I already have a character offer for another cat, but Reedwhisker was a friend of mine and her cat Reedwhisker was my cats best friend. I would feel very privileged if I could play this cat. I will try to play her as her previous owner would want her to be played.

After a discussion, the Administration has decided to decline this application. The reasons include the rules violation by way of multiple pending adoptions (though we will be revisiting and clarifying that rule in the near future) and the fact that due to your character's bond with Reedwhisker it is actually in your best interest for us not to approve the adoption. If you adopt Reedwhisker, suddenly the two characters ability to interact becomes very limited (you can't RP with yourself). Better to let another have the option to adopt this character and keep the option of a continued relationship between the characters open.
