Check Results - Decline #1: 16 July 2011

Greetings and welcome to your first go-round in our applications department. Please note that most characters end up going thru around 2-4 rounds of decline and editing. Do not feel discouraged by this as it's perfectly ordinary and a part of the process of a new user learning the ropes at CoSC. We have a lot of views that are unlike many games, and a number of rules interpretations that are different than what is typical. In the decline itself I will take the section that I have change requests for and quote it, and then describe the needed changes. (Occasionally, it's just me commenting, but those situations will be clearly marked). If you run into any questions, please feel welcome to contact me for clarifications.

VITALS

• A She-cat by Unknown Tom out of Unknown Queen - Due to the fact that CoSC uses real genetics, we do require that parents be named (and eventually short version NPC character sheets created for them). We do not permit PCs to have unnamed parents. Please provide names for the parents (or if you're interested, we can find some already existing NPCs/CONed ex-PCs to use for it. Just drop me a PM if you want to find already in game characters and we'll work it out privately).

PERSONALITY: She has perhaps too much confidence and attitude for her own good. - Powerplay. No two cats IC will consider "her own good" to be exactly the same thing. Please edit the statement so that it leaves room for interpretation.

HISTORY

• Her first few moons were spent as a helpless kit who did little more than feed. - The use of the word "few" is typically used to refer to a number of 3 or more. Thus, even interpreting this at the shortest possible length implied she was still helpless and only able to eat at 3 moons old. A kitten should be totally weaned and on solid foods by then, with a good grasp of speaking and bopping around camp.
• Overly Generic - This history is currently far too generic. You should at least address recent events (A timeline of which can be found here). She was alive during Blackstar's violation of StarClan's will, which was a very tense time. Now she's a warrior while 4 hunters stalk the forest.

APPEARANCE: Rosefrost's eyes are an icy, pale blue - Blue eyes have been banned, and thus she can't have them. Sorry.
