ACTIVITY CONCERNS
- Due to your very recent return from an extended break in activity, I'd like to wait a month before approving this, just to give you a chance to get back into the swing of things. ;) consider it an opportunity to make this the shiniest character ever. This is because of the rule for eligibility for feral/semi-feral character creation that requires a month of IC activity.
CHARACTER TYPE - Non-player Character: Non-player characters may only be created with special admin approval.
STATUS Dead: The creation of dead characters is only permitted for NPC parent characters. Which is, I think, what you might be pre-emptivly creating (or have failed to link to the approved offspring character) parents for a semi-feral to be... The Semi-feral PC needs to be created prior to the NPC parents, if this is the case. Otherwise drop me a line explaining what I'm missing.
PERSONALITY & APPEARANCE & HISTORY: They have a few minor issues, if this is supposed to be a PC... but on the off chance it isn't, then I'll wait to comment.
