	Physical Description:	Meadow voles are small round bodied rodents that have fur ranging from grey to brown with a lighter underbelly. They also have short tails.
	Physical Statistics:	Length: 5.5-7.7 in (140-195 mm) Weight: 1.16-2.3 oz. (33-65 g)
	Behavior:	Meadow voles live in meadows and fields, feeding on the plants and seeds found there. Voles are almost always present, though they have a boom-bust styled life-cycle that leads to population densities that vary over the course of a 3-5 year cycle.
	Social Organization:	Voles generally live very close together, though not in colonies. This density is particularaly apparent during boom periods of the population cycle.
	Approval Level*:	None; Voles are very common and as such do not require approval.
	Kill Difficulty:	Low; Voles are small and have no aggressive defense mechanisms, as their very small teeth and claws would not do much damage on a cat.
	Hunting Difficulty:	General; Voles are sensitive to vibration but otherwise easy to hunt.
	Food Quality:	Medium; Voles generally provide a good food quality, however as they are quite small they aren't very filling.
