Explanations
- image: Enter the filename of an image that is uploaded to CoSC Wiki.
- name: The name your character currently uses.
- player: Your Username. Just your username, nothing else.
- type: Either Player Character (PC) or Non-Player Character (NPC). PC's are your actual characters. NPCs are your characters parents and the like. If your character is being made with this form, then it is probably a PC. If you have questions about what your character should be labeled as, drop Kitsufox a message.
- sire*: List the name of your character's sire, which may not appear already on the Character List unless you have express permission (publicly posted on family finder) to create a sibling or relative of another character. Do not include any Wiki-markup with the name, it will be provided by the template.
- dame*: List the name of your character's dame, which may not appear already on the Character List unless you have express permission (publicly posted on family finder) to create a sibling or relative of another character. Do not include any Wiki-markup with the name, it will be provided by the template.
- group: If your character belongs to an IC group, enter the name of that group. If it does not, leave this field blank.
- rank: If your character belongs to an IC group, enter the name of the rank that character holds in that group.
- status: Enter Living, Dead, or Unborn as appropriate. Leaving it blank will result in it reading 'Unspecified'. If unborn is used, be sure to place {{Unborn}} at the top of the page above the Character Template.
- species: Enter the name of the species if your character.
- gender: Enter either She-cat or Tom, as appropriate for the character. Leave blank if you would like to list it as unspecified.
- born: Use the full name of the moon. (IE: Moon of Tiger's Wrath (2005)) leave this line blank if you are not sure how to fill it out, and it will display as Unspecified.
- died: If your character is a member of a Clan, and has died, enter the full name of the moon your character died in. Otherwise, leave this line blank and it will not be displayed.
- links: Enter links to other images or notable items related to the character in [url1 name1]<BR>[url2 name2] style format. Leave this blank and the field will not be included.
- namehistory: create a list of the name progression of your character in accordance with the Instructions on creating the list.
- personality: Enter the personality you would like attributed to your character.
- appearance: Enter the appearance you would like attributed to your character.
- history: Enter the history of your character.
- familytree: Enter the title of the page on which the appropriate Genealogy for your character is stored. If your character's tree has not yet been made, then simply leave it Notree until the Genealogy team gets to it.
- mate: List the name of your character's mate (if any). Remember that this must have IC evidence to back it up, and must be actively RPed. If your character has no mate, simply leave the field blank. Do not include any Wiki-markup with the name, it will be provided by the template.
- fullsib: List all full-blooded siblings of your character. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link your siblings properly (IE: use the {{Name}} template). If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- phalfsib: List all half-siblings of your character that share a father. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link your siblings properly (IE: use the {{Name}} template). If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- mhalfsib: List all half-siblings of your character that share a mother. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link your siblings properly (IE: use the {{Name}} template). If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- offspring: List all offspring of your character. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link your offspring properly (IE: use the {{Name}} template). If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- otherfamily: List all other family relating to your character. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link your family properly (IE: '''Relationship''' - followed by the correct use of the {{Name}} template), replacing the word Relationship with the relationship of the character to yours. If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- othersig: List all other characters significant to your character. Please place a <BR> tag between each entry. Remember to link these individuals properly (IE: '''Relationship''' - followed by the correct use of the {{Name}} template), replacing the word Relationship with the relationship of the character to yours. If you have none, simply leave the field blank.
- notes: Any notes that you would like to include on the sheet but do not fit anywhere else.
