Appearance   Short Description : Short Description will be provided after approval Long Description : Whitespirit is black from one end to the other, dark as a moonless night. Her body is lean and strong beneath her glossy coat, with long legs perfect for running. Her eyes are sapphire blue, amazingly deep and vivid in their color, and set in a face so beautiful toms who see her are struck breathless. Her movements carry incredible grace--she walks like she is dancing, in complete silence. She is both very strong and very fast.

Personality     Whitespirit is an extremely serious and intelligent she-cat. She learns quickly and can teach herself to do almost anything in no time at all. She is so clever and intuitive, she can almost tell what the cats around her are thinking just by looking at them and reading their expressions. This tends to bother others, however, so she keeps it to herself. Deep down, beneath her stoic front, she is a vulnerable and damaged she-cat who longs for someone to love her for who she is, not for her looks or her accomplishments.

History   Key Dates   Born Blackkit in the Moon of Running Prey (2007) Apprenticed as Blackpaw Named a Warrior as Blackwind Renamed Whitespirit Full History : The night Blackkit and her brother Shadowkit were born, Bloodstar recieved a prophecy from StarClan, "Darkness will steal over the Clans, and only one cat can bring back the light." But this was unknown to Birdtail, Blackkit's loving mother, and she raised both Blackkit and her brother Shadowkit with devotion. When Blackkit was four moons old, her father Strongheart died fighting a badger, and Birdtail's heart was broken. She wasted away, and by the time Blackkit and her brother became apprentices, they had lost both of their parents. Blackkit trained hard in spite of her great sadness. Her mentor was amazed at her skill; she picked up fish-catching in one lesson, and within a moon of fight training, she was already beating him. Her brother was making similar progress, and when their mentors raved about them to Bloodstar, Bloodstar decided they deserved to become warriors early. So he did, naming Blackpaw Blackwind and Shadowpaw Shadowheart, in honor of his father. Secretly, Shadowheart fit his name. He desired ownership of the Clans, and had been plotting to kill Bloodstar for moons now. After that, he was going to lead ThunderClan in a takeover that would cost many lives and ultimately unite all four Clans into one, DarkClan. Believing that his sister would stand beside him, he told Blackwind his plans, swearing her to silence. Blackwind was horrified, but she went along with it, knowing that her brother was even stronger than she was and would kill her if she disagreed. She also knew that even with his nine lives Bloodstar could not fight off Shadowheart, and she desperately racked her brains for a way to stop the bloodshed before it began. But there was no way. A few nights later, Shadowheart struck, attacking Bloodstar outside the camp and taking one of his lives right away. Blackwind knew she had no choice. Sadness filled her, because Shadowheart was her brother and she did not want to hurt him, but she knew she had to. She leaped at Shadowheart and clawed him, beginning a furious fight that lasted almost an hour. Although Shadowheart was one of the strongest cats in all the Clans, Blackwind found the strength in herself to kill him, ending his rain of terror before it began. But this fight gave her fatal injuries, and shortly after striking the final blow Blackwind, too, fell dead. The Clan was devastated, Bloodstar most of all. The Clan's hero and most skilled warrior had given up her life for theirs, and that night the whole Clan mourned for this amazing cat who had conquered the odds. Then, something amazing happened: Blackwind woke up! Everyone heard a vice from StarClan in their heads: This cat has died for her Clan, but she has much more she can still do; so, we give her another life so that she can live to serve the Clan and attain the greatness she was born for. The Clan looked on in amazement. Bloodstar jumped onto the Highrock and gave her a knew name right then and there. Blackwind became Whitespirit, because of the beautiful, powerful spirit that shined from beneath her inky black coat. Whitespirit felt truely honored and loved as the entire Clan shouted her new name to the Stars, and pledged to work hard for them for the rest of her life.
