The Moon of Cheetah's Flight marks the final moon of Summer. Much as the season fell to an end, so ends the horror of the Killingcough. The moon would have been a glorious thing if not for the shocking death of Birchpelt, whose body was found mauled on Sacredmoor and the mangled corpse of Whitestar just beyond the northern border of ShadowClan. But, StarClan brings promises of hope and indication that the forest will have a period of quiet. A chance for all four clans to rest and recovery from the excitement of the past year in preparation for the harsh winter.
