As if the deaths of Sootypelt and Yellowfoot weren't enough for ShadowClan this moon, an unconscious and badly injured Lionheart was brought back to ShadowClan's camp by Blackstar on the 26th of Long Nights. Due to his injuries, however, Lionheart was unable to continue on as deputy, so Elmstar appointed Fogdancer in his place.
