Short Description :
A skinny, attention seeking brown tabby she-cat with yellow eyes
Long Description :
A fair sized she-cat with a skinny, lanky frame Sootypelt is a swift runner with good reflexes. She is strong for her build though, and a force to be reckoned with. Her head is narrow and small, almost fragile looking. Her ears are small just like her head and look elegant, perched more towards the top of her head then most cats. Her paws are smaller and sometimes give her trouble finding footing on uneven ground. Her nose is pink and her eyes are a dark oddly amber-tinged yellow. Her tail is long and gives her good balance. Her coat is a creamy brown striped with dark gray-brown. Her mouth and muzzle are short and on the very closet inspection just barely upward oddly enough.

Personality
Sootypelt is very dominant and leading with a love for attention and control. She is also competitive; always trying to out do anyone around her. She has a bad temper and loses her patience easily, though she has learned to control it in hopes of an apprentice. She is kind at heart and soul but she hides and blocks it with viscousness to show she is a better warrior, at least in her opinion. She holds grudges easily and when her bad temper goes over the second edge, she is mean and spiteful. To match her temper, she is also a little vain and proud; her ego and pride can easily poked, though its hard to deflate. Though her has a grudge against her sister, just as her sister has one against her, she feels guilty about not being able to help her sister from going blind.

Full History :
Sootykit was born to Swiftclaw and Birdleap, who both loyal ShadowClan warriors. She was in a litter of two with a sister, Grasskit. Her sister was unhealthy for most of the moons of her kithood and spent much of her time in the Medicine Cats Den with her father Birdleap, well Sootykit spent most of her kit-hood with her mother, Swiftclaw, as most kits did. With time, Grasskit got better and the two sisters were apprenticed.
Sootypaw's mentor was Tigerfur, a large gray tom with black stripes . He trained her well and hard; she thought he was wonderful mentor. Sootypaw's first battle was a border dispute with RiverClan. It was her sisters first battle as well. She fought hard and fiercely but she had to be saved by her sister once. A large warrior charged her and her sister scared him off. From that, they grew to trying to always be better then each other, becoming stronger apprentices from training so hard. Grasspaw was made Grassfur two moons before Sootypaw became a warrior in the end though. Just after she was named Sootypelt, she and her sister fought in a fierce battle. She fought very well, getting praised for her fighting skills in that battle. Her sister had become blind though, and was named Blacksight. Some guilt for not being able to save her sister lingered in her mind, but not long after the battle, Sootypelt became pregnant with a kit and gave birth to Smallkit. Her mate had been Duststorm but she hadn't really love him, so she wasn't affected greatly when he died a moon later. She, instead, watched proudly as Smallkit became Smallpaw as the Medicine Cats Apprentice to Crestedback and then the Medicine Cat as Sagepelt. Much to the her surprise, Sootypelt fell in love, slowly but deeply, with over-sized, flirty Bayshine no less. For the second time in her life, she became pregnant. Before her kits were due, she adopted Aspenkit, the kit found by Sagepelt abandoned, as her daughter. Sootypelt died in her sleep on the 14th day of the Moon of Long Nights. |
