History   Key Dates   Born and dubbed Edward in the Moon of First Fishing (2001) Registered as Edward of Toujours Jour Named a Warrior as Duskstep in the Moon of Unnamed Blue (2002) Died in a Battle in the Moon of Cheetah's Flight (2004) Full History : Duskstep was born Edward and he was born into a cattery called Toujours Jour. However, after a fire separated Edward and his housemate Aurora from their owners, the two became strays and eventually sought refuge in the forest. ThunderClan, under the reign of a leader before Fiercestar, allowed the expecting she-cat and tom, who claimed to be loners, into their Clan during the Moon of Melting Waters (2002). Edward earned the warrior name Duskstep in the Moon of Unnamed Blue (2002). When Aurora's daughter Morningkit was born, Duskstep did nothing to suggest that he wasn't her father by blood, and that's what Morningleaf and the rest of the Clan believed. At the age of twenty-three moons, Duskstep had a kit with Dawnstep and this was Palepelt. Duskstep was killed in the same battle as Morningleaf during the Moon of Cheetah's Flight (2004). He was forty-five moons of age.
