Appearance   Short Description : A chocolate classic tabby tom wearing a blue and gold collar Long Description : Whorls of rich mahogany cross over a creamy-tan backdrop, like dollops of chocolate through a bowl of whipped cream, through the shorthaired tom's muscular form. His eyes are deep blue, a match to the gold-adorned collar that graces his throat. His face is pointed, marked with mahogany stripes, and topped with ears seemingly too small for his head.

Personality     Pendragon is an intense cat, fiercely connecting and supporting the beliefs he has acquired through his life. While he does not always succeed, he works hard to always bear himself with nobility and poise, never showing fear or negative emotion. He believes, with an insane conviction, that he is descended of the long-ago cats who ran with Arthur Pendragon in Camelot. In accordance with this belief he tries to make every step he takes carry him down the path proper for the king selected by the fates to help restore Camelot. His maniac beliefs do, however, cause him to take care with others. He feels the lives of those around him are his responsibility to protect and will only go into battle to defend others from the evils of the world. His approach with young cats is careful, believing that they must be brought up properly god-fearing and with the full knowledge of Camelot and their responsibility to helping bring it back in the future.

History   Key Dates   Born Artie in the Moon of First Green (2005) Called Pendragon by Humans starting in the Moon of Long Sun (2005) Full History : Jessa gave birth to her kits in a comfortable basket in the spare room of her Housefolks' comfortable home. The 5 balls of whorl-furred fluff she bore to a tom she'd met but once who lived with a family who'd vacation for a summer in the area. The kits knew their mother for a mere 8 weeks before being bundled off to join the homes of new Housefolk. One of these kittens was selected by a large man with a gruff voice. The kitten did not, however, stay in those calloused hands for long. He was quickly passed into the delicate hands of 14 year old girl. It took the kitten as long as it took her to settle on a name to figure out that his new mistress could not see. Sightless of not, she bore a great fondness for Arthurian Legend, listening to audio books with and reciting from braille-print books to the newly dubbed Pendragon. By the 3 month of having a kitten, the young lady had begun to weave her own tales. Tales starring cats who came before Pendragon, his ancestors, who server Arthur and his Knights. These feline heroes wove themselves into young Pendragon's heart, taking in every word his Mistress, his Goddess, spoke to him. She dispensed truth, kindness, and food that the young cat drank in. His attention, made obvious with gentile pawings, purrs and meows, encouraged her to come up with still greater stories. By the end of Pendragon's first year, she wove tales specifically for Pendragon, telling him of the greatness he was destined for. He carefully began the slow process of building a Knighthood around himself. Taking young pages and squires in and teaching them chivalry and the lore his Mistress had taught him. His plans would have been flawless, if his Goddess hadn't decided that this was not the place for his greatness. She and the gruff one packed the entire house and the household was moved, Pendragon leaving behind his squires and pages, naming a Knight to uphold the proper teachings in his stead. Now, he stands to begin anew to form his Knighthood.
