History   Key Dates   BIRTH MOON WAS NOT PROVIDED Named a Warrior as Riverpelt Began using the name Riverpelt Died in the Moon of Tiger's Wrath (2003) Full History : Riverpelt's mate gave birth to his three kits, Fadedcloud, Oaktail, and Petalpaw, then Wingkit, Oakkit, and Petalkit, in the Moon of Lion's Glory (2001). Six moons later, his only son, Fadedcloud, then Smudgepaw, became his apprentice in the Moon of Long Nights (2001). However, in the Moon of First Green (2002), Smudgepaw returned to camp from training with clawmarks covering his pelt, and he claimed his attacker was his mentor and father, Riverpelt. When Riverpelt returned to camp, he again tried to attack his son, but was promptly subdued and banished, forbidden to enter WindClan territory. One of his daughters, Petalpaw, chose to follow her father as he was exiled. Soon after, thy were found by Silverfall Gorge in WindClan land. Hollowpaw, Fallenpaw, and Smudgepaw, the three cats present at the time, fought in a raging battle against the two former clan-cats, leaving Fallenpaw and Petalpaw dead and sending Riverpelt fleeing. Riverpelt was never seen again until the Moon of Tiger's Wrath (2003), when he was found dead by the gorge. He died of unknown causes.
