- Brightsky on Silverdust: Silverdust is like an older sister to Brightsky, and Brightsky always knows that she can rely on the young elder for support or a kind word. She still remembers how Silverdust comforted her with the story of how the River was made.
- Cedarpaw on Silverdust: Cedarpaw admired Silverdust from a distance; his life had began while Silverdust's was at its closing. He felt sorry for the scarred elder, especially after her mate, Blackstar, was killed by the Badger. The most time he spent with her was in the Medicine Cat's Den, where she fell to Blackcough. The medicine cat apprentice learned from her death that while not every cat can be saved, medicine cats can and do make a difference, as Silverdust wouldn't have lived beyond her apprenticeship without help from the previous MC.
