Appearance
Short Description :
A white-faced ginger tabby tom with yellow eyes
Long Description :
His body build is a rather plain one. His limbs are long and thin, almost as if they are too weak to support him, though there’s a subtle lacing of wiry muscle around his legs and over the rest of his body, visible when he moves or runs. His head and face are not particular angular in shape. The shape is a bit blocky about the muzzle and around the cheeks, where the white fur also stretches up slightly in the directions of his ears. His ears are dark ginger in the back, wide without being particularly pointed at the tips.
His fur is a dusty ginger color (somewhat sandy-brown, in fact) and short, of a tabby pattern. The fur of his muzzle to the middle of his throat is white. His coloring seems to pale from the middle of his legs down to his paws, nearing a creamy shade at his paws. Emblazoned on his forehead are bright, pronounced tabby markings. His eyes are round and a dull shade of yellow, ginger marks outlining them at the top, and sliding from the corners to his nose, pale pink and soft.

Personality
Spicestrech is a dreamy tomcat, with a tendency to get excited over the menial things such as prey being brought back to the camp or a particularly dazzling sunset, things that seem to bear no particular precedence.
Sometimes he seems far-removed from the goings-on of camp life, opting instead for being alone and gazing dreamily about at the nature around him, hunting whenever he can, or roaming through the Clan territory. He’s friendly enough, and will gladly instigate conversation with another. At certain times, he’s more excitable, especially when it comes to hunting, which he seems to have an aptitude for and enjoys (especially considering they don’t get to eat excessively, so he brings back as much as he can). Sometimes he’s rather childish in his demeanor, and because of this might not take something completely seriously at first. When he realizes he has to set down and accomplish or do something well, he sets down and he does it to the best of his ability, trying to surpass his own limits and breach any walls that may stand in his way. He does his part as best as a warrior can. He’s also an optimist, believing that things will all turn out all right, no matter how badly they may be going. He’s somewhat presumptuous and naïve when it comes to certain things, like believing all cats want the same thing—to live and to be happy and get along with one another. |

Spicekit was born as any other kit was; from his mother. His brother Yellowkit had already broken into the world before him by the time he took his first breath and began to mew. They fed, and they grew, oblivious of their two siblings that had died during the birth.
Though Coldcloud—their mother—was happy at the birth of two healthy kittens, she was also distraught by the two she ‘failed’ to bring into the world. She saw it this way, no matter how much she was reassured otherwise, how it was normal for this to happen, and how she had knew it beforehand. She hadn’t anticipated the guilt that came with looking down at those still, cold bodies. Spicekit and Yellowkit grew up without ever meeting their father, though it never really affected the two kits much, as they hadn’t known him anyway. Said father, Pinetap, had been killed when he had strayed too close to Twoleg territory hunting and had been tracked down and consequently killed by a dog. Coldcloud raised Spicekit and Yellowkit until they were apprenticed and named by the leader of WindClan, displaying high pride and a sort of sadness at the ceremony as they touched noses with their mentors. Then, on the first patrol she went out on after her sons’ apprenticing, she lost her footing on the edge of SilverFall Gorge, and plummeted downwards, never to be heard from again. Of course, her kits were distraught, but Yellowpaw was strong, and Spicepaw had the ability to move on. It took Spicepaw nine moons to earn his warrior name. As he began his training, he realized that it was harder than he had originally thought and knew now he’d have to work at it if he ever wanted to accomplish anything in the Clan (and, sincerely, he wanted to). It was a bit difficult for him to grow accustomed to the training, especially in the beginning, and was often clumsy at first, making quite a few mistakes. He had to put extra effort into his training, and spent longer than other apprentices to complete the objectives he was faced with. He took an extended period of time during his beginning warrior training, in trying to grow accustomed to working and building up his stamina. What would take two moons for some apprentices took three for him. Spicepaw wasn’t stupid, but he did require more work and practice until he found he could catch up to other apprentices, most of whom became a warrior before him. He had a bit of a knack for hunting, but not much else. The two moons of training for both intermediate and advanced training lengthened into three each for him, until it all seemed to click midway through his eighth moon of training. He worked harder and harder to do what his mentor asked of him, accomplishing his tasks with growing ease and assurance. When he was seventeen moons old, he was finally named—a few moons after his brother—Spicestretch. Spicestretch was slain near the border of WindClan in the Moon of Long Nights in the year 2007. |
