History   Key Dates   Born and dubbed Aurora in the Moon of Long Nights (2000) Registered as Aurora of Toujours Jour Named a Warrior as Dawnstep in the Moon of Melting Waters (2003) Died in the Moon of Running Prey (2005) Full History : Dawnstep was born Aurora and she was born into a cattery called Toujours Jour. However, after a fire separated Aurora and her housemate Edward from their owners, the two became strays and eventually sought refuge in the forest. ThunderClan, under the reign of a leader before Fiercestar, allowed the expecting she-cat (Aurora had become pregnant by George in the Moon of Long Nights (2001)) and tom, who claimed to be loners, into their Clan during the Moon of Melting Waters (2002). Aurora gave birth to her daughter Morningleaf in the same moon, and she earned the warrior name Dawnstep in the Moon of Melting Waters (2003). She gave birth to Palepelt at the age of twenty-six moons, during the Moon of Long Nights (2002). Dawnstep died during the Moon of Running Prey (2005), at the age of fifty-seven moons.
