Announcement
COPPA is the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. It states that any user under the age of 13 must have verifiable permission from their parent or guardian to be on a website.
If you are under 13, and do not wish to be in violation of COPPA, please have your parents provide a document stating the following (That is SIGNED and NOTARIZED) and mail it to the address below.
"I [parents name] give permission for my child, who is to be identified on http://www.childrenofstarclan.com as [username] and will sign up using [emailaddy] as their electronic mail address, to become a member of this site."
While we no longer ask on signup if users are overage, CoSC is still a COPPA Compliant site that will never knowingly collect any form of personal information (including an email address) from a user under the age of 13.
