- Speckledfury: Full-blooded sister, can be too loud at times, but preferred at times.
- Sparrowsong: Full-blooded sister, can be annoying sometimes. Nightmoth feels threatened by her position as ThunderClan's medicine cat apprentice.
- Alderleaf: Adoptive sister. Nightmoth doesn't feel that close to her.
- Fiercestorm: Paternal half-sibling, respected.
- Hopestorm: Paternal half-sibling, respected.
- Rosestorm: Maternal half-sibling, respected but not well-known.

- Flurrytail: Fiercestorm's mate, fun. Nightmoth thinks her love of Fiercestorm is as clear as her voice.
- Tigerpaw: Fiercestorm and Flurrytail's son, annoying for now. Nightmoth doesn't want him anywhere near the medicine cat's den.
- Slateshadow: Rosestorm's apparent mate, not too bad. Deceased.
- Foxbright: Rosestorm's son, many times worse than Duskkit. Nightmoth doesn't want him near the medicine cat's den either.
- Sixclaw: ThunderClan medicine cat and Nightmoth's mentor. While she respects him for his position, Nightmoth is unhappy that she can only be an assistant to him.
- RiverClan
- Heronflight: RiverClan's medicine cat, Ashstar's daughter. Nightmoth hates being near her. She finds Heronflight extremely unsettling and doesn't trust her.
