Short Description :

A small black cat with dark green eyes

Long Description :

Short, black, fur covers Tab's small framed body, with no form of white markings upon it. Tab does not pay much attention to grooming her fur much more than what is necessary, because she believes that she could be doing something much better than vanity. This could lead some to see a less than healthy cat. However, Tab has a coat of muscles granted to her by her forest life that might not be visible to the naked eye, and so she might be healthier looking to others that look past the fur.

Tab's eyes are dark green in color. Tab's tail comes to a point, similar to a triangle end or a mountain peak. Her self-imposed confidence leads her to try and keep her head and tail up while she is walking, and she tries to walk with dignity and not fear.

Tab has a few scars upon her body, these are from various scratches in the beginning of her tenure in the forest. One is a quarter-inch scratch above her left eye, another is about a half-inch scratch alongside her left flank, and there is one final inch-long scratch alongside her front right paw.

Personality

Tab believes that she is a survivor. Due to this thought, and as a direct result of her being able to survive on her own at a young age without any help, she tries to show a high level of self-composure and confidence when she is around others. She believes that she should be an example to others, emotionally and physically.

If a cat complains about how tough their life was, Tab will occasionally snap back at them, and explain her life story. She tries not to show off a bitter attitude about her past, so she does not bring it up very often in conversations except when she believes her life story might benefit the other cat's life views.

When she hears others accomplishments, her mental reaction most of the time is "If they can do it, I can do it." She believes she has to be competitive in order to survive, and that she has to prove that she is the best, and in reaction to this will initially try to attempt a feat that is greater than the other cat's until the admiration has worn off.

Whenever she meets someone new, the thought of rejection comes across her mind, but it is not a crippling worry. She will mostly attempt to react normally, or what she thinks is normal, by greeting the newcomer with as much welcoming sounding tone as she thinks.

Though living in the forest has taught her basic skills, Tab has discovered that her family's loss combined with her learned skills has lead her to want to be needed and wanted.

Full History :

Tab, (born Tabitha) was born on the 24th of August (1st day of Cheetah's Flight 2007) to parents Anita and Biscuit. She had two siblings. For two months Tab lived in a comfortable home; sheltered, loved and fed.

When the housefolk were about to go on vacation, the family of cats were sent to a pet vacation clinic, but an auto rollover accident caused the death of Tab's housefolk, her parents, and her brother and sister. Tab was able to survive by chance; her cage was situated in the right place at the right time in order to be saved from being thrown around like her family was. She was able to escape her cage due to a couple of bent wires from the other items in the car, and she slowly made the journey back to Whiteheart. She was pretty bruised up from the accident, and managed to secure a spot underneath a cat's porch to recover.

This house was bordering the forest. As winter passed, Tab continued to heal and rest. Since she knew that she was not going to stay in the place forever, she decided to venture into the forest little by little until spring came, when she finally was able to go into the forest and live there forever.

Tab learned from trial and error on what to do and what not to do in the forest after her recovery. She felt her knowledge of the forest grow as she did. Now that she knows how to provide for herself, Tab believes that she has to provide for others, and is searching to provide.
