Long Description :

Batswift takes after both parents when it comes to her fur. Its blue color is reminiscent of Fiercestorm's, but its length is clearly from Flurrytail's side of the family. There are noticeable tabby markings on her face, but they softly blend into the darker color of her body fur as they progress past her forehead. Batswift's underside is a paler shade than her back and sides. Batswift also takes after her mother in body shape. She's a medium-sized cat with a lithe build and a long body, built more for agility than brute strength. She also has large ears and a dark pink nose. Her eyes have dark rims around them, and her irises are primarily yellow with some green around her pupils.

Personality

Batswift takes great pride in serving her Clan. She wants to do whatever she can be to be an honorable Clan cat. Hunting and fighting are of great interest to her. She finds them very fun and rewarding, as well as good challenges. Batswift is a curious and playful cat, but those traits have become tempered some by stronger senses of duty and honor since she's grown older. She also enjoys being awake and active at night. Batswift loves to better herself and learn new things. Because of that, she tries not to openly complain about the work she's given. Instead, she'll try to turn the work into something to overcome and reflect on how it'll improve her skills. She is not always successful at this. She gets restless if she doesn't think she's being productive enough, and if she gets very frustrated, she will want to vent about it to someone.

Full History :

Batswift was born as Batkit along with her brother Squallkit on the twenty-third day of the Moon of First Green (2008) to Flurrytail and Fiercestorm. She is one half of their second litter and their first daughter. Her first few moons weren't extremely eventful, but she did develop a love of hunting once her mother started bringing back live prey for her and her brother.

On the twenty-sixth day of the Moon of Running Prey (2008), Batkit got her first taste of a less than blissful version of Clan life. Following a foolish border skirmish with ShadowClan, the young warrior Swiftsparrow was renamed Lostgaze and exiled from ThunderClan. Batkit was unhappy that ThunderClan was losing a cat, but she understood that Lostgaze had something extremely bad to deserve exile.

Batkit felt bad for Lostgaze at first, but her opinion changed and her sympathy greatly waned after the former ThunderClan cat befriended a rogue and fought Dustwing, Flurrytail and Tigerpaw during the Moon of Long Sun (2008). In the Moon of Turning Leaves (2008), Batkit was apprenticed as Batpaw and given Hopestorm as her mentor.

On the sixth day of First Fishing (2009), Batpaw met Faye in ThunderClan's woods and learned of her beliefs. On the sixth of the Moon of First Green (2009), Batpaw became a warrior alongside her brother Squallstrike and received the name Batswift from her father Fiercestar.
