Appearance   Short Description : A mostly black tom with a scarred face and deformed tail Long Description : Shatteredtail was not given his name for no reason- his long, black tail is deformed and crooked. Shatteredtails pelt is completely black, with the exception of a small patch of white at the tip of his left ear. Across his face is a faded scar from a border raid moons ago, but it is only faintly noticeable.

Personality     Despite his formidable appearance, Shatteredtail is a lively, light-hearted tom. He always manages to see some good in every cat- though whether this is a curse or a blessing is not always clear. Though Shatteredtail is not nearly as aggressive as his sister, that does not stop him from being a fierce warrior when the time comes. Shatteredtail is generally a patient cat, but every now and then, when he is in a bad mood, the tom has a sharp tongue. He is a good cat to confide in, and all in all, Shatteredtail is a loyal friend and ShadowClan warrior.

His deformed tail put him at a great disadvantage physically, and the mutterings and comments of some of the other ShadowClan cats at the time did not help him. Nevertheless, Shatteredkit was given an apprentice name, Shatteredpaw, and began his training along with his sister, Whitepaw. Though things like climbing trees and balancing did not come easily to Shatteredpaw, he worked hard, determination blocking out the doubt. Finally, after moons of training, Shatteredpaw received his warrior name, Shatteredtail, along with his sister, now Whitestripe. Shatteredtail was satisfied with his warrior rank, but when rogues attacked ShadowClan moons and moons ago, and the leader and deputy were killed, he aided Whitestripe in her quest to become the new ShadowClan leader. When she finally achieved her goal, and offered her brother the position of deputy, he turned it down in private. While loyal to his Clan, Shatteredtail did not want the responsibilities and duties that came with being deputy. As ShadowClan returned to the way it had been, he remained in his warrior rank, content. Shatteredtail has recently become mates with the blind she-cat Blacksight. He retired and died in the typical ways of old cats.
