Celandine
Common Name:
Celandine
Other Name(s):
Description:
Celandine is a plant with round, somewhat delicate stalks that are periodically joined along the stem. The leaves are large, soft and broad with rounded lobes colored in a dark blueish-green on the topside and a paler color underneath.
Properties:
Celandine is favored for the treatment of liver and gallbladder troubles as a tonic. It can also be used to urge healing in those wounds that have started to heal sluggishly or not responded to other treatments. It is powerful enough to help stave off illness in a cat exposed to them, and can be applied to the eyes to clear cloudiness from them.
